Going through pregnancy is a magical experience, watching your waist disappear your hips expand and your boobs grow larger as your baby grows bigger and bigger inside you every month is amazing. Standing with your feet apart, directly under your hips tighten your belly and bend your knees as if you’re going to sit down. It is important to keep your weight on your heels and then come back up. Your arms are stretched out in front of you for balance. Doing these along with other post pregnancy exercises will get your back in shape.
