Lose the Mommy Belly – Be a Sexy Mommy

Now that your baby arrived, you want your flat tummy back too. It may seem impossible right now to even think that you’ll ever be able to fit in your pre pregnancy jeans, never mind ever wearing a bikini again. Your little bundle of joy left you with lingering baby flab, the baby bulge, the dreaded muffin top! How can you look and feel sexy with a muffin top? How do you lose the Mommy belly and be a Sexy Mommy? It doesn’t happen overnight, there is no miracle cure but it can and will happen with a little bit of determination.

During pregnancy it is natural of course to gain weight and see your waist expand. And of course after giving birth you naturally lose a lot of the baby weight you gained. Of course your priority is your new baby and your time is not your own anymore, the little one is very demanding, but always remember, when Mommy is happy, everyone is happy.
